Pre-Production Quality Control: Material Selection
The first step of our quality control is choosing premium raw materials before the production. We understand that the quality of each bag depends on the fabric quality.
To ensure that each bag is high-quality, we choose fabrics and raw materials that are odourless, water-resistant, and high in color fastness. We also make sure that the materials are not easy to wear and tear.
Various tests and inspections such as RoHS test and flammability tests are also perform for safety and environment protection concerns.
During the Production Quality Control: Efficient Manufacturing
We guarantee excellent craftsmanship in every bags to ensure functionality and aesthetic appearance. Our skilled team has more than 5 years of experience and are expert in sewing.
Our state-of-the-art sewing machines ensure that the stitches of the bags are beautiful and even.

Ensuring Quality through Our Advanced Machines
- Cloth Cutting: All raw materials and fabrics are cut through laser cutting machines for higher accuracy.
- Sewing: We have computerised and electronic machines with up to 80 decorative stitches. It allows multiple functions, precise work, and high speed without compromising craftsmanship.
- Printing: Our digital and silk printing machines are used for printing your graphics or artwork into the bag.
Post-Production Quality Control
Before the bags leave in our factory, we make sure to make final inspections using three methods to ensure zero-defect.
Quantity Checking: This allows us to ensure that we deliver complete items.
Cosmetic Inspection: In this inspection, we check each bag if there are any stains, scratches, loose threads, creases, or damaged color.
Function Inspection: We check the functionality of each bag to make sure they work according to their function. For example, we check the cooler bag if the insulation effect is functional.
