On September 21st, to help everyone unwind from their busy work schedules, Kewei organized a lively and energetic team game day. The event featured five fun mini-games: Team Icebreaker, Giant Steps, Blindfold Elimination, Ball Grab Challenge, and Life-Size Ludo. Each game tested participants’ reaction skills, teamwork, and coordination.
During the first activity, the Team Icebreaker, participants were divided into three teams: Green, Yellow, and Red. Each team had to present their formation on stage, shout their team name and slogan. The team with the most creative formation and the loudest, most synchronized slogan would win. Some teams performed complex formations, while others had impressively loud chants. In the end, the Green Team took first place with their creative formation and coordinated slogans.
Next was the Giant Steps, a game that truly tested teamwork. Team members stood in a line with their legs tied together using elastic bands, and they had to walk in perfect sync to reach the finish line. Chanting “1-2-1, 1-2-1” and holding hands, the teams adjusted and encouraged each other to maintain rhythm. Despite minor missteps, all teams completed the course successfully, and the Red Team edged out the others by just one second to claim victory.
After a short break, the Blindfold Elimination game began. Each team sent one player who had to wear a blindfold and use soft foam sticks to tag opponents within a designated area. A player hit twice would be eliminated, and the last surviving team members win the game. Some players moved boldly to strike opponents, while others stayed still to take advantage of openings. The audience laughed heartily at the various creative moves, and the atmosphere was full of joy.
The Ball Grab Challenge tested courage and team strategy. Teams needed to work together to collect as many balls as possible within a designated area while opponents tried to block them. Attackers cleverly distracted defenders, while other attackers rushed to grab balls. Defenders wielded inflatable hammers to block the attackers. After intense competition, the Red Team won by collecting 47 balls.
The final game, Life-Size Ludo, was a fun and relaxing way to wrap up the challenges. Each team stood in a colored zone on a giant board and took turns rolling dice to move forward. Teams carefully planned their routes, responded flexibly to opponents’ actions and random events, and demonstrated both teamwork and strategic thinking.
After the games, the most anticipated part of the day began: a self-service barbecue. Smoke curled from the grills, filling the area with the delicious aroma of food. Team members enjoyed the barbecue while celebrating birthdays for colleagues from July, August, and September. Singing birthday songs and savoring cake and barbecue, everyone relished this rare and relaxing moment.
This memorable day not only strengthened bonds among Kewei team members but also highlighted the teamwork spirit, which will help everyone face future challenges with energy and confidence.
